The term suspension training refers to an approach to strength training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a “suspension trainer” to allow the user to work against their own body weight*. Lately I’ve been using the TRX whenever I went to the gym. It was recommended by my Personal Trainer (when I was using my PT free trial session :P). Hiring a PT is kinda expensive, so I was thinking about remembering a few of basic moves she taught me, then I’ll search more about them on the internet.
